Cushions
The comfortable cushions are made of a water- and dirt-repellent Olefin fabric. The seams are sealed, and the cushions have zippers so you can wash the covers.

Teak
Teak is an Asian hardwood with exceptionally durable qualities. This solid wood is naturally somewhat oily, making it surprisingly soft to the touch.
Teak is recognizable by its coarse grain and often multiple knots. Teak is handcrafted, giving each piece of furniture a unique appearance.

APPEARANCE AND FEATURES OF TEAK WOOD

• Teak wood is very hard
• Coarse grain and relatively high amount of rust formation that makes the wood authentic
• Hand-placed inserts in the wood where connecting holes used to be
• Small differences in leaf thickness create a playful appearance
• Handmade, therefore small variations in size may occur
• Untreated teak initially appears somewhat grayish and becomes warmer in color over time
• Mutual color difference: due to the slow and laborious process of coloring through clay layers, the color is difficult to predict
• Humidity in Asia is very high. This can cause shrinkage cracks or fissures to develop once the wood arrives in the Netherlands. This is one of the characteristics of wood and is therefore not considered a defect.
• Teak wood weathers, a natural process when left outdoors. If you don't like this and want to retain the brown color, BEACH7 offers a special light oil with UV protection.
